Hazel Forehand Albert, age 83, died Friday at her home. Born in Wayne County she was the daughter of the late David Arthur and Ila Forehand.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday August 5, 2019 in the Chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with the family visiting one hour prior to the service. Rev. Bill Rose will officiate. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
Hazel had retired from Belk’s Department Store and was a member of The First Pentecostal Holiness Church. She also volunteered with the Salvation Army and was a member of the Belfast Women’s Auxiliary.
Hazel is survived by two sons and a daughter in law; William Clifton Albert and David Scott Albert and wife Kristy, a brother; Buddy Forehand of Goldsboro and two grandsons: Will and Davis Albert.
