April 24, 81, La Grange Peggy Foss “MiMi” Wiggins, of La Grange, peacefully passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016 at her home. Peggy was born February 24, 1935 in Lenoir County to the late Johnnie Foss and Kate Anderson Foss. Peggy was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Wiggins Wade; and a brother, Daly Foss. As matriarch of her family, Peggy loved babysitting and spoiling her little ones. She cherished time spent with family and nothing was better than seeing everyone while riding up and down Peggy’s Path in her golf cart. Peggy loved shopping and traveling under one condition. She had to be home in La Grange before dark. Her life set an example for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren that will lead them all their lives. 
A graveside service to celebrate and honor Peggy’s life will be held Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 2 p.m. from Fairview Cemetery.
Peggy is survived by her husband of sixty three years, Lenward Wiggins; daughter, Vickie Perry; four grandchildren, Jason Wade and wife, Dana, Toni Sutton and husband, Wesley, Megan Wade and Jaime Perry; three great-grandchildren, Spencer Wade, Mollie Jean Wade and Leo Pelletier; and a brother, Dulon Foss.
