Gene Carroll Weeks, 70, of Genesis in Mount Olive, passed away Friday, April 21, 2017. He was born March 23, 1947 and was the son of the late Joseph Herman and Nola Peterson Weeks. He was also preceded in death by a brother Herman Ray Weeks.
The Funeral Service will be conducted at 6:00PM Monday evening, April 24, 2017 at Casey Funeral Home with the Reverend Tim Reaves officiating. He will be buried at the Wiggs Cemetery.
He is survived by three daughters; Alicia Barefoot, Angela Holland of Raleigh and Annette Weeks of Princeton, brothers; Henry Edward Weeks of Princeton, Nelson Monroe Weeks of Garner, Linwood Earl Weeks of Goldsboro, Dennis Wayne Weeks of Kentucky, sisters; Dorothy Weaver of Mt. Olive, Helen Mitchell of Angier, JoAnne Ramsay of Virginia Beach, VA, Faye Overton of Dudley, Kay Johnson of Selma, Pam Weatherspoon of Wilmington, eight grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 4:30 pm until 6:00 pm Monday, April 24, 2017 at Casey Funeral Home in Princeton.
