Stephanie J. Fett, 70, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2016 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center with her sister and brother-in-law by her side.
Stephanie was born in Germany on October 20, 1946 to the late Stanley and Stella Siek. She retired from Wayne Memorial Hospital as a third floor unit secretary. Stephanie loved listening to music and because of that love for music she enjoyed dancing and the friendships she made while dancing.
The family will gather for a time of remembrance on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
Stephanie is survived by her son, Joey Fett and wife Laurie; grandson, Joseph Michael Fett; sister, Theresa Hrebenuyuk and husband Boris; brother, Matthew Siek and wife Loretta of New Jersey; sister-in-law, Joni Siek of Red Bank, NJ; and several nieces and nephews she loved very much.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Siek; and her god son, Erik Hrebenuyuk.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given to the American Cancer Society, 930B Wellness Drive, Greenville, NC 27834.
