Larry L. Kuhn, 82, passed away Sunday morning, October 20, 2019 at home surrounded by his family.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 5 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro with full military honors. The family will receive friends following the service. A private burial will be held for the family at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Larry was born January 3, 1937 in Bascom, Ohio to Eva Zellers and Ralph Kuhn. He graduated from Mansfield, Ohio School of Nursing. He entered the USAF and graduated from Wilford Hall School of Anesthesia and retired from the Air Force in 1982. Larry then worked at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro, retiring in 2005.
He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Nancy Kuhn; one son, Robert Kuhn; one daughter, Jennifer Cox; six grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; sister, Marcia Zoeller and brother, Harlan Kuhn of Tiffin, Ohio.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Vicky Kaski and two brothers, Donald and James Kuhn.
