Rev. Sadie Hollingsworth Richardson Shearod, 92, of 214 Bunche Drive died Thursday in the Brian Center.
She was born September 7, 1926 in Wayne County to the late Louis and Mattie Budd Hollingsworth and is survived by four children.
Funeral service will be held Thursday at 12 Noon at Word of Truth Christian Fellowship Church. Burial will follow in the Old Mill Cemetery.
Visitation Wednesday from 2 PM until 6 PM with the family present to receive friends from 5 PM until 6 PM at the Haskins Funeral Home. The family will assemble at the residence in preparation for the funeral service.
