December 6, 58,

Timothy Bryan Daw, 58, passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at his home.

Tim was born in Wayne County on December 14, 1959 to the late Marvin and Margaret Sox Daw. He was a retired distributor with Pepperidge Farm.

His strong work ethic, sense of humor, loyalty and generosity were well known and cherished by those he encountered throughout his life. Tim loved sports, fishing, and his family. He found joy in simple pleasures: visits from family and friends, a Dallas Cowboy win, or time with his dogs, especially Bubba. We were lucky to have Tim in our lives and the world will be a sadder place without him.

A service to celebrate Tim’s life will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home with his nephew, Rev. Jeff Daw, officiating. The family will greet friends in the hour before the service at Seymour Funeral Home.

Tim is survived by his wife of 15 years, Robin Mitchell Daw; son, Timothy Brandon Daw; brothers, Bob Wayne Daw and wife Phyllis, Marvin Ray Daw and wife Diane, and Tony Vaughn Daw and wife Linda; and the apple of his eye, his grandson, Bryant Scott Daw.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests you give memorials in Tim’s memory to the Wayne County Animal Shelter, 1600 Clingman Street, Goldsboro, NC 27530.

Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.seymourfuneralhome.com.
