Vivian Marie Ward Houston, age 66, died Sunday at UNC Rex Healthcare. She was born in Wayne County to the late Franklin Delano and Katie Pearl Wilkins Ward and was married to Doane Houston.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday at 7:00pm at Grace Covenant Church in Beaulaville.
In addition to her husband, Vivian is survived by her children, Wilma Swinson, Denise Jones and husband Anthony Burrows and Denny Jones, Jr. and wife Janice; brother, Thomas Ward; sister, Frankie Puckett; her good friend, Denny Jones, Sr.; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
