Joyce M. Watkins, 94, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 1, 2018 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, NC.Joyce was born in Port Elizabeth, South Africa to the late Jacobus and Florence Martens. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, William Watkins.
Surviving are her daughters, Yvonne Wands (Bob), Barbara Andrews and Debbie Weaver (Mark); 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and a sister, Connie Martens.
A graveside service will be held in Constantia, NY.
