Margaret Allene Eichelberger, 83, of Goldsboro was called home to be with the Lord and to be reunited with her late husband, Michael Eichelberger on Wednesday, June 21, 2017.
Margaret was born to the late Arlie and Belva Everts in Tyrone, West Virginia on August 31, 1933 and moved to Cleveland, Ohio with her husband Mike in 1953. In 1978 they relocated to Goldsboro, NC where they became faithful members of Trinity Baptist Church and well respected members of the community. After the passing of her husband Mike in 1983, Miss Marge as she affectionately was known by most, worked several part time jobs, dedicating most all of her free time to her church and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.
She is survived by her three sons, Michael and wife Mary of Sheffield Lake, OH, Edward and his wife Cynthia of N. Ridgeville, OH, and Brian and wife Amy of Moyock, NC; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 23, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 1:00 p.m. in Wayne Memorial Park with Rev. Johnny Pike officiating.
