Albert Clarence House, Sr., age 69, died Saturday at Durham VA Medical Center. He was born in Wayne County, NC to the late Julius Glynwood House and Ethel Newsome Weatherford. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
A graveside service will be Wednesday at 3:00pm at Wayne Memorial Park with Military Honors. The family will be receiving immediately following the service at the grave.
He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Mark & Wendy House of Troy, MO and Albert, II & April House of Roanoke, VA; two sisters & brothers-in-law, Lois & Kenneth Mehus of Fayetteville, NC and Frances & Paul Sanderford of Moncure, NC; and five grandchildren, Mark House, Jr., Brittani House, Kasey House, Alexander House and Jacob House.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Julius G. House and a sister, Lucille Franco.
