Ida Mae Wilkins, age 80, died Monday evening at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro. Born in Bridgeville, Delaware she was the daughter of the late Harry M. and Virginia Dare Frampton and was the wife of the late James Wilkins.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Freedom Baptist Church in Goldsboro with Rev. Jonathan Smith officiating.
Ida is survived by two sons; Melvin Lee Wells, Jr. of Cambridge, Maryland and Orville Lee Wells and wife Luray of Seaford, Delaware, two daughters; Trudene Jean Mifflin and Renee Mae Marvel of LaGrange, N.C., a sister; Dorothy Russell of Greenwood, Delaware, 21 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
