He was born on October 30, 1963 in Wayne County to Porter Bullock Barnes.
He is survived by his mother Porter Bullock Barnes; his siblings, Anthony (Elaine) White of Fort Washington, MD, Rodney Bullock of Newport News, VA,Nicole White of Goldsboro, NC and a very special friend, Portia Hamm of Goldsboro, NC.
