Jimmy Jaime Fidel Mendez Jr., 23, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Funeral services to celebrate his life will be held Friday, November 18, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro. Interment will follow at Cobb Family Cemetery in Jason, NC.
Jimmy was born in Wayne County on May 09, 1993.
He is survived by his mother, Diane Pizano and husband, David of Pikeville; his father, Jaime Mendez Sanchez and wife, Sandra of Sparta, NC.; one daughter, Brianna Mendez of Maury, NC; four brothers, Francisco Mendez and girlfriend, Casandra, David Pizano, Jimmy Mendez and Jaime Rafael Mendez; five sisters, Monica Pizano and boyfriend, Samuel, Malika Pizano, Mary Mendez, Jennifer Mendez and Stephanie Mendez.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening, November 17, 2016 from 7 until 8:30 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
