Bonnie Waddell Bundy, 63, passed away Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family.
Bonnie was born in Wayne County, NC on November 23, 1952 to the late Raymond Arthur Waddell and Louise Pittman Waddell. Bonnie was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was also a surrogate mother to many of her daughter’s friends. Bonnie loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her precious granddaughter, Elle. She will be greatly missed.
A service to celebrate Bonnie’s life will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Pikeville Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Whitfield officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
Bonnie is survived by her daughter, Amber Bundy Harris and husband Jonathan of Pikeville; son, Frank Bundy of Pikeville; brother, Gerald Ray Waddell and wife Patricia of Goldsboro; and the apple of her eye, her granddaughter, Elle Chandler Harris.
