Glen R. Faulhaber, 91 of Goldsboro passed away Monday, April 06, 2020 at UNC Rex Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center of Apex.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Faulhaber was born in Nebraska on August 16, 1928 to the late Alex and Christina Jensen Faulhaber. He was the youngest and last survivor of eight children. Mr. Faulhaber was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Goldsboro. He was an avid collector and hobbyist who loved sports and an occasional beer with his family. Mr. Faulhaber served his country in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Annette Faulhaber; two sons, Mark Faulhaber of Goldsboro and Steven Faulhaber and wife, Carrie of Maine; grandchildren, Chris Faulhaber (Courtney), Jennifer Allison (Ian), David Faulhaber (Erin), Erin Henson, Nichole Sutton (Waydell) and great -grandchildren, Matthew Sutton, Noah Mariner, Kendell Henson, Elannan Faulhaber, Linnea Faulhaber, Madilyn Gracie and Amelia Faulhaber and Evelynn and Mavis Allison.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to “Food For the Poor Organization” www.foodforthepoor.org.
The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
