November 30, 52,
Gina Louise Coor, 52, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at her home.
Gina was born in Wayne County on November 14, 1967 to Billie Jean Hardesty of Goldsboro and the late Robert Jerald Coor. She was a graduate of Peace College. Gina had worked with National Electric before her diagnosis with cancer. She was a member of the APA Pool League. Gina will be remembered by many for her generous heart. She was always willing to help others in need, both children and senior adults, and was in the process of gathering gifts to share with others at Christmas.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at the home of Robin and Eddie Casey in Quail Croft.
A service to celebrate Gina’s life will be held by the graveside on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Daly Family Cemetery, 569 St. John Church Road, Goldsboro.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her long-time friend, Earl Blizzard; sisters, Robin Casey and husband Eddie of Goldsboro and Sara Hardesty of Clayton; and niece, Megan Casey.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests you do a kind act for a child or senior adult by selecting an angel off a tree for Christmas this year in her memory.
