Harry Probert Hall, Sr., age 68, of the Mount Olive area, passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at the Kitty Askins Hospice House in Goldsboro.

His life will be remembered in a graveside service to be held Saturday, October 5, at 11 a.m. in the Parker Family Cemetery on Parker Road near the residence. His son, Harry Probert Hall, Jr. will preside.

Harry was retired from Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport, Tenn. where he was a chemical technologist with 35 years of faithful service. He was of the Presbyterian faith and had served in the National Guard. He graduated from Southern Wayne Senior High School, attended N.C. State University, and graduated from Northeast State Technical College in Kingsport.

Preceded in death by his parents, Ed Carr Hall and Irene Martin Hall, and a brother, Edward Hall, Harry is survived by his wife, Roselee White Hall, of the home; two sons, Richard Lynn Duncan and wife, Suzette, of Kingsport, and Harry Probert Hall, Jr. and wife, Crystal, of Mount Olive; three grandchildren, John Maxfield, Shayla Maxfield, and Mattie Hall; a brother, George Hall of Mount Olive; and a sister, Martha H. Turner and husband, M.D., of Mount Olive.
