Ms. Rebecca S. Hamilton-Lofton, 88 of 509 Gulley Street, passed on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at UNC Rex Hospital, Raleigh, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 11:00am, with a viewing from 10:00am to 11:00am at Goldsboro Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, 1314 Ben Brewington Court, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC.
She was born on September 3, 1930 in Pender County, NC to Emanuel Swinson and Sally Jones Swinson. She is survived by one son, Shaheed Abdur-Rahman of Durham, NC and her siblings.
