David Allen Smith, 56, of Pikeville passed away Thursday, July 26, 2018 at home.
Mr. Smith was born in Wilson County on April 11, 1962 to George W. Smith and the late Ada Frances Wiggs Smith. He attended Faro Chapel PFWB Church while his health permitted.
He is survived by his father, George Wade Smith of Pikeville and his brother, George Ronnie Smith of Pikeville.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Smith was preceded in death by a brother, Kenny Wade Smith.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and the family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
