Margaret Louise Perritt Harris, 84, passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Vidant Inpatient Hospice in Greenville.
Louise was born in Cool Springs, South Carolina on October 10, 1933 to the late Walter Edwin Perritt and Ruth Minshoe Perritt. She was married to the late Ola Ray Harris who preceded her in death on September 27, 1988. Louise and her husband owned and operated Harris Heating and Air Conditioning in Goldsboro for many years. Louise was an independent but gracious woman. She will be remembered for the love and laughter that she shared during her well-lived life.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 3:30 p.m. in Wayne Memorial Park. The family will also greet friends Thursday following the service at her home.
Louise is survived by her daughters, Cathy Best of Morehead City and Wanda Height and husband Russell of Clayton; and her granddaughter, Amanda Height.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Lovett Best.
