Earol Fynn Padgett, 72, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at his home.
Earol was born in Onslow County on September 2, 1945 to the late Arthur Frank Padgett and Danny Pearline Hollis Padgett. He was married to the late Darlene Goldman Padgett. Earol worked for many years as a truck driver.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in Wayne Memorial Park with Rev. Frank Purvis officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 3, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
Earol is survived by his children, Michael Earol Padgett, Wanda Grace Cooke, Fred Padgett, and Tina Gail Castro; step-children, Cathy J. Wiley and Morris Jennette; grandchildren, JoAnn Chambers, Sarah Elizabeth Padgett, and William Rosenberger; and four step-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Cronely “Dillon” Padgett and Joseph Thomas Padgett.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Ida Carolyn Padgett.
