Irene “Ebby” Keen Phillips, 89, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Ebby was born in Campbell County, Virginia on March 21, 1928 to the late William Edward Keen and Mabel Clair Hopkins Keen. She was married to the late Milton Rudolph “Rudy” Phillips.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 13, 2017 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 11:30 a.m. in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Ebby is survived by her son, M. R. “Phil” Phillips of Broadway and two grandchildren.
