Gene A. Ford, Sr., 64, of 1707 S. John St. Apt D, died Tuesday at the Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
He was born August 8, 1953, in Wayne County to Roy and Lillie Reid Ford, Jr. and is survived by three children.
Visitation will be held Saturday at 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the James T Haskins Memorial Chapel of the Haskins Funeral Home with the family present to receive friends.
In keeping with his wishes no formal services will be held.
